Russian Visas
Russian Gateway will process your Russian visa for you. Our
Moscow office has accreditation with the relevant
authorities in Russia which gives us the right to issue
invitations which are required to get Russian Visas in the
UK.
Please note Russian Visas can only be processed three months
or less prior to departure.
Generally
speaking there are 3 types of visa.
1. Tourist Visa
Tourist visas are included with all of our tours. If you are
not going on one of our tours we can also do tourist visas
for you (see below) Please note we recommend Tourist Visas
for all stays in Russia of one month or less.
2. Business Visa
We process one year multi entry business visas. All multiple
entry visas for Russia are Business Visas. Processing has
become very cumbersome due to recent Ministry of Foreign
Affairs policy changes. See below for the whole process.
3. Personal Visa
We strongly recommend if you are going to visit a person in
Russia that you do not go for this option. Personal Visas
mean the person inviting you from Russia has to go through a
painstaking and extremely lengthy process to just get the
invitation. Best bet is to go for a tourist visa.
1. Tourist Visa
Tourist visas are included in the price of all of
our tours - the fees below are for visa only bookings.
Prices include all processing, invitation & postage
costs. Tourist visas are always single entry and for a
maximum stay of 30 days. Really, any stay of less than 30
days can be covered by a tourist visa.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO SEND US
(best by Royal Mail Special Delivery C5 size prepaid plastic
envelope £4.50 available from Post Offices )
1. Full UK passport with at least two free pages & valid for
at least six months after exit date from Russia.
2. 1 passport sized photograph glued to the bottom right
corner of the application form
3. Cheque with full payment payable to Russian Gateway (UK)
Ltd
4. 1 completed, signed application form per traveller.

5. A return self addressed Special Delivery envelope -
preferably C5 size plastic type prepaid envelope sold in
Post Offices for £4.50.
2. Multi Entry Business Visa valid for One Year
Prices include all processing, invitation & postage costs.
Processing time is 5 weeks.
12 months Multi Entry Visa (go out & in of Russia every day
if you wish) £299+ VAT (total £351.32).
For a multi entry visa the process is in three stages
STAGE 1
Decide on your dates (entry should be at least 6 weeks after
application and will be valid for 12 months after this date)
Then e-mail us these dates, all passport details, work
position, address, tel and fax number, then e-mail us a scan
or fax a copy of your passport photo page to 08701 315 908
and send us a cheque for full payment. Then, one month
later:
STAGE 2
1. Full UK passport with at least two free pages & valid for
at least six months after exit date from Russia.
2. 1 passport sized photograph per traveller
3. Cheque with full payment payable to Russian Gateway (UK)

4. 1 completed, signed application form per traveller.

also due to recent policy changes we must now ask for the
following items when applying for Multi Entry Visas
6. An up to date certificate signed by a UK doctor stating
that you are HIV Negative.
7. A letter from a Russian Company stating when you are
visiting them and why.
8. Letter from UK company stating who you are and that you
are going to Russia for business purposes (if self employed
you may write this letter yourself on headed notepaper.
STAGE 3
You will receive your passport back maximum 12 days after we
receive it in our office.
