Russian Gateway (UK) Ltd are a 'one stop shop' for organising
concerts or sporting events in Russia. For the past 10 years we
have organised the travel and local logistics for many football
clubs and their supporters, touring musicians / pop & rock
groups. For some of these groups we handled the entire package
including liaison with the Russian parties involved, Russian
Visas, flights, hotels and local transport and translators
etc - for others we simply provided the Russian Visa for
example. Its entirely up to you how much you want us to be
involved.
A few of Our Notable Customers
In 2002 we sent the Liverpool FC team / management / support
staff / police / journalists and of course fans to face Spartak
Moscow in the Champions League. We also sent large parties of
England fans to Moscow for the World Cup Qualifier in 2008 and
organised charters / visas / transport / security and tickets
for both Chelsea and Manchester United fans for the Uefa Champions
League Final also in 2008. Our experience in organising sporting
events in Russia goes all the way back to the Champions League
of 1993 when Marseille Football Club visited Moscow to play Spartak in the Semi Final !
In October 2006 we arranged a trip for the Godfather of Soul,
James Brown, to perform in Moscow. This was a huge logistical
challenge as we had two days notice of their intention to travel
(it was a last minute invitation to perform at a birthday party
in Moscow). It was a great success. We also sent large groups to see Deep
Purple, Status Quo, Paul McCartney (in Moscow & St.Petersburg),
Diana Ross and Andrea Boccelli. In May 2009 we provided full
packages for fans from all over Europe to the Eurovision Song
Contest in Moscow. Once again we obtained the unobtainable
(final tickets) !!
