How to Book
(Customers from New Zealand) |
The simple
booking procedure for all of our tours and cruises is as
follows:
1. E-Mail, fax or call us with the following
details:
(i) Name of Tour
(ii) Departure Date
(iii) Departure Airport (we can do an inclusive
round-trip quotation from any airport in New Zealand)
(iv) Number of travellers
We will then get
back to you with availability and pricing
2. What to Do Next
(i) You provide us with full names, dates of birth,
nationality and passport numbers - also home address and
telephone number.
(ii) We confirm the tour and you send us 25% deposit (see
payment methods below). We send you invoice with payment
details and balance due date.
(iii) 10 weeks before departure you send us balance of tour
cost
(iv) Between 10 and 6 weeks before departure you FEDEX us
passports, forms & photos (see Visa Section of this
website for forms and exact instructions). Two to three weeks later
you receive back passports with visas. Alternatively
10 weeks before we provide you with invitation and voucher
and you process yourself at the Russian Consulate in
Wellington (see

(v) Approximately 4 weeks before departure we send you all
tour documentation, vouchers and air tickets
You are off to Russia !

3. By Credit / Debit Card
We prefer
not to accept cards as a processing fee is imposed by
our bank which varies but we have to pass it on to you.
We will confirm this rate at time of booking but methods
1 and 2 are preferable for all concerned as there are no
extra fees to be paid. However if you must pay by card:

(i) Name of Cardholder
(ii) Type of Card
(iii) Card Number
(iv) Expiry Date.
(v) 3 Digit
Security Code from Signature Strip
Then write 'I authorise the
sum of £X GBP + (percentage which we will confirm)
to be taken from this card.'
Sign the letter and fax it or scan and e-mail us.
